Review the property card, photos, listed rent, and confirmed move-in information before you apply.

The application opens as a two-page fillable PDF. Save a completed copy before sending it.

Review before a private showing
Once we receive a complete application and supporting documents, HOJ aims to reach out within one business day. Private showings are scheduled after the selected home and current requirements are reviewed.
Send a complete application
The right documents help us move faster.
Attach proof of income for every applicant so HOJ can review the application and discuss the home with you.
Employment income
Recent pay stubs showing year-to-date totals, or an award letter when applicable.
Self-employed income
Two months of bank statements for each self-employed applicant.
How to return it
Attach both the completed PDF and proof of income for every applicant. Choose the return method that is easiest for you.
